North 43 is a high-energy, rock band from Rochester, NY consisting of five veteran musicians who have rocked many of our area’s favorite venues including Dinosaur BBQ, Sticky Lips Juke Joint, Pineapple Jack’s, 34 Rush at Batavia Downs Casino, Blue Barn Cidery, Iron Smoke Distillery, The Beachcomber, Johnny’s Irish Pub, Robbie's Bar and Grill, The Pelican’s Nest, Rochester Beer & Park, B-Side, Capone's Italian Eatery, Russell Station Bar & Grill, Fairport Brewing Company, Rising Storm Brewery and California Brew Haus.       

Band Members:

Ronnie Reif (lead vocals/guitar)

Originally from Long Island/Metro NY, Ronnie performed throughout Long Island and NYC with the band Duration before heading to Rochester, most recently playing with The Hollow Bodies. Ronnie defines our sound with epic lead vocals and rhythm and lead guitar skills.

Larry Ciotti (guitar/vocals) 

Larry Ciotti previously performed with bands Spring Water and Gunsmoke and has continued to hone his skills over decades of practice and commitment. Larry rocks the Rochester music scene as North 43's lead guitarist while also providing supporting lead and harmony vocals. Larry has a quiet and unassuming personality off stage, but his onstage energy is as electric as his guitar! 

Chuck Sawyer (bass/vocals)

Chuck Sawyer is a relative newcomer to the Rochester music scene but he beat out some great talent to become North 43’s resident bass player! Chuck earned a degree in music theory/music history at SUNY Geneseo, where his college band opened for comedy legend George Carlin. Chuck also sings, plays piano, Hammond organ and guitar. Come out and show him some love!

Mark Delmotte (drums/vocals) 

Mark Delmotte is the former drummer of After5, Critical Mash and Gunsmoke and has been providing the “boom that fills the room” since he was 6 years old. Mark's intensity has been a perfect fit for North 43's hard driving style, supplying harmony and lead vocals to fill out the band's unique sound.
