North 43 is a high energy, rock- based  band from Rochester, NY consisting of five veteran musicians who have all played our local venues such as The Dinosaur BBQ , Sticky Lips Juke Joint , Pineapple Jack’s, 34 Rush at Batavia Downs Casino, Bar Louie, Iron Smoke Distillery, Robbie's Bar and Grill ,  Pelican’s Nest, The Landing Bar and Grill , Rochester Beer & Park, Timothy Patrick’s , Capone's Italian Eatery,  Russell Station,  Abe's Tiki Bar , Rising Storm Brewery and California Brew Haus with many more to come!       

Band Members:

 Ron Reif (lead vocals and guitar)

 Originally from Long Island/Metro NY, Ronnie performed throughout Long Island and NYC with the band Duration before heading to Rochester, most recently playIng with The Hollow Bodies. Ron defines our sound with epic lead vocals and rhythm and lead guitar skills.

John Keirsbilck (keyboards/vocals) 

John Keirsbilck  elevates North 43 to a whole new level of excitement with lightning fast keyboard skills and outstanding lead and harmony vocals adding color and innovation to each tune. John graduated from St. Bonaventure where he studied music theory, among other things. His former bands include Top Secret, Cash Arrow and Gunsmoke. 

Larry Ciotti (guitar/vocals) 

Larry Ciotti previously performed with the band  Spring Water and Gunsmoke and has continued to hone his skills over decades of practice and commitment. Larry joins the Rochester music scene as North 43's lead guitarist, providing supporting lead and harmony vocals.            Larry has a quiet and unassuming personality off-stage, but his on-stage energy is as electric as his guitar! 

Chuck Sawyer (bass)

Chuck Sawyer is a relative newcomer to the Rochester music scene, but beat out some great talent to become the resident bass player. Chuck earned a degree in music theory/music history at SUNY Geneseo, where his college band opened for comedy legend George Carlin. Chuck also sings, plays piano, Hammond organ and guitar. Come out and show him some love!

Mark Delmotte (drums/vocals) 

Mark Delmotte is the former drummer of After5,Critical Mash and Gunsmoke and has been providing the 'boom that fills the room' since he was 6 years old. Mark's intensity  has been a perfect fit for North 43's hard driving style , supplying harmony and lead vocals to fill out the band's unique sound.
